Regardless if you are just first starting out on your journey to fitness or you have experience in the gym, I know I can help you. Whether you want to lose 10 lbs, lose fat or train for your first or best race, I WILL help you get there.

I’m BCRPA certified and I train out of Studio 4 Athletics. Outdoor training is also available. Small group (2 or 3 people) training is also available. Work out with your friend, co-worker, significant other, or family member and save even more money per session!
